Having said that, this Refund Policy is a legally binding statement that sets out the relationship between Card Con (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and our customers regarding refunds for tickets, registrations, and merchandise. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Final

All purchases made for Card Con tickets, registrations, and merchandise are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a transaction has been completed.

Event Changes & Cancellations

Event Changes: Card Con reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, programming, or venue. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Card Con is canceled in its entirety, we may, at our sole discretion, provide credits, transfers, or alternative remedies.

Ticket Transfers

While refunds are not available, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact us at cardconevents@gmail.com with your ticket information and the new attendee’s information no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Compliance with Laws

Different jurisdictions may impose specific consumer protection or refund obligations. By purchasing from Card Con, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for understanding your rights under applicable laws.
